How long do extension installs last
• Microlinks: 8–12 weeks
• I-Tips/K-Tips: 10–16 weeks

What is a Refresh vs Maintenance?
Refresh = wash + blow dry + silk/wave style + light tightening
Maintenance = tightening, tape move-up, microlink adjustments, track reinforcement, + style
How should I arrive to my appointment
Please arrive with:
• Clean, product-free hair
• No oils, gel, heavy conditioners, or buildup
• Fully detangled hair
• No twists, braids, or styles — hair must be loose
If hair is not prepared, a prep fee will apply or you may need to reschedule.
Can you install hair I bring in?
Yes, but the hair must be:
• New or gently used
• Clean
• In good condition
• Proper texture + length match
